Led by a former journalist and Korea’s foremost global communications professional in the arts and cultural field, JESPR combines deep editorial insight with creative marketing execution. The consultancy is powered by a team of former journalists from leading Korean media outlets and seasoned marketing professionals with diverse industry backgrounds, managing integrated content and communication projects with precision and cultural sensitivity.

Ji-eun Seo, JESPR CEO

Ji-eun Seo is a Seoul-based global communications leader specializing in the arts and cultural sectors. Recognized for her ability to bridge Korea’s creative landscape with the international stage, she brings together strategic insight, editorial rigor, and cross-cultural fluency.

Before founding JESPR, she led global communications at Hyundai Card as Head of Global PR, where she developed and executed strategies that enhanced the company’s international reputation.

Her earlier career in journalism at Korea’s leading English-language newspapers laid the foundation for her nuanced understanding of media, culture, and audience engagement—an expertise that continues to shape her strategic and globally attuned approach to communication.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Museum Studies at Harvard University Extension School, further enriching her perspective at the intersection of art, culture, and communication.
